Our Lady of Fatima Hospital and Saint Joseph Hospital for
Specialty Care are divisions of St. Joseph Health Services of
Rhode Island, an integrated system of Catholic health care providers
sponsored by but financially independent from the Diocese of
Providence.
This 104-bed facility hosts a wide array of sophisticated specialty
services, including:
- Southern New England
Rehabilitation Center, a 70-bed joint venture with
Rhode Island Hospital offering tertiary level medical rehabilitation
for stroke, orthopedic, head or spinal cord trauma and other
medical conditions.
- Center for Psychiatric Services,
a 40-bed psychiatric facility offering a wide range of adult
and geriatric inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
- Corporate Care,
a comprehensive occupational health and safety program for
area businesses.
- Center for Health and
Human Services, a nationally-recognized network
of primary health and specialty clinics serving the disadvantaged
and minority populations.
